Damn, I would buy this on any other platform other than Microsoft. I made the mistake of buying stuff a few years ago on Microsoft, but I never watched them. No app after how many years? I guess it's fine if you have the XBox though.
Amazon matched some of these:

Steins;Gate - Load Region of Deja Vu [amazon.com] $4.99
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time [amazon.com] $4.99
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time [amazon.com] (Original Japanese Version) $4.99
Your Name. [amazon.com] $4.99

Google Play too:

Sadly, they're not. Most anime movies/TV shows will not be compatible w/ any other streaming services, except from the storefront you've originally purchased it from.

None. TV series aren't MA, and the movies aren't Warner Bros., Sony, Disney, or Universal.

I really wish they would figure out a deal to do something like MA for TV shows already. I hate having stuff split between multiple services and having stuff only available through certain devices and not others. I've stayed away from all of these deals because of that.

If TV was MA compatible, I'd have spent so much on MS store tv already.

Cowboy Bebop is also on Hulu now though I don't recall if it's dubbed there.

They say close captioned so I guess no dubbing? The English dubbing for Bebop is fantastic
