This is a good price. A few things to keep in mind:
  • These require a deep insert to sound and isolate their best. It takes a while to get comfortable with it, and some people can never get used to it, so be aware. Also, you'll want to clear out your earwax first. Trust me.
  • The sound is reference-tuned with a bass boost. They're not what I would describe as "fun" or "energetic," so make sure you know that you like the tuning.
  • It's hit or miss whether or not you'll get a set with the dual flange (two-layer) tips, which are more comfortable for many people.
A good deal, but not a deal for everyone.

I had the etymotic er6is many years ago and they were great. Then I got the ultimate ears in ear headphones with an upgraded cable and they sound amazing but everything is bluetooth now so they have been sitting in a ziplock back unused for like 4 years. I am sure if I tried them again they would blow me away but then I have to deal with the stupid cable.

It is so hard going back to a cable after having headphones without cables.

I've never had these before. I always had Klipsch X11s. Identical design and shape. I loved tthem. Once you put in you forgot they were tthere.I use to run with them. They stayed in better then any others. Its funny you said that it had a Bass boost. It sounds like the Klipsch series and these had a lot of similarities. The 2 flange style was my favorite too. Klipsch ear tips were more oval shaped which I thought made for a very good fit. Not much isolation though.
