Most of those are paid reviews. Almost unilateral 5 stars across the board? Bs. One video review just keeps mentioning how they were charged upon delivery as if that was unusual. Look at the 1-2 star reviews for real opinions from real buyers

I wonder how these compare to the Liberty Air 2's. I've been researching lately for a good set of (noise isolating) earbuds in the $100 price range and the Liberty Air 2 gets pretty solid reviews. Since I primarily want these for mowing/yardwork, maybe I'd be better off with these since I don't need many of the features.
Jabra Elite 65t appears to compete best against it compared to other liked priced items, but the Jabra has a far better microphone.

The Jabra Elite 65t Truly Wireless and the Anker SoundCore Liberty Air Truly Wireless are both well-rounded pairs of truly wireless earbuds, although the Jabra have a slight edge. The Anker have fairly similar, well-balanced sound profile out-of-the-box, but the Jabra can be customized with the EQ in their companion app. Their battery performance is similar, and they both isolate around the same amount of noise as well. The Jabra can connect to two Bluetooth devices at once, though, and their microphone performance is better.

FWIW, I rolled the dice on open box Sonys from Amazon for about $105. They're great for mowing and yardwork, though they don't have an IP rating.
Not 'newer'. This is a separate product line from Anker.
I have the previous version of this one you linked, and they are great. But they are the kind without the 'Airpod pro' style battery/antenna dangle (for lack of a better word).
Some people prefer one to the other.
I would note that IP rating is irrelevant in headphones. Not having an IP rating doesn't mean it isn't water resistant, and having it doesn't mean it will save it from a toilet drop. Most, if not all, headphones have water resistant seals in them now and they are cheap enough, under $50, who cares.
While the Anker is perfectly fine, the Jabra 65Ts are better in nearly every area, from ease of use to sound to call quality. That being said, neither pair is optimal for making calls, particularly in non-silent conditions.

For $30 you probably can't do better though.
