    i'd go for a philips lattego instead if you want drinks with milk. check my post history discussing the machine and video reviews on it. pretty good foam, and 1 button to make.

    if you are drinking straight espresso, i don't hink any super auto is good enough as making them to drink straight. probalby beter to go with a semi like the breville barisa express.

    I've wanted one for more than 5 years (since my brother bought his after buying his house). These machines are amazing and makes great coffee within seconds! I can't justify the cost right now Frown Highly recommend to anyone who has the money for it.

    Thank you! I recently purchased a Creatista Uno, and make all my drinks over ice. Maybe I'll return it after reading this.

    I used to have the Jura Ena Micro One. It worked fine for several years. I sold it to a local guy who repairs and refurbishes Jura machines. I bought it on sale, did not want to invest $300+ to service it, and wanted a machine with milk capabilities. We've had the Philips Lattego for several months and we're happy with it. We are not coffee aficionados, just looking for an easy cappuccino or cup in the morning.

    I also got a jura Ena micro one on some Slickdeals years ago. After about a year or so it started having issues and eventually stopped working entirely. I contacted Jura and maybe it was out of warranty but they wanted a few hundred dollars for shipping to have it repaired. I ended up fully taking it apart myself and it had a piece of plastic on the bottom that was cracked and it would leak. I repaired it and it's been making amazing coffee since, I imagine it had a small crack when I bought it since it would fill the drain tray quickly and the coffee cup wouldn't fill all the way sometimes. Now it works great, I like strong black coffee and it's perfect for me, but I don't know if someone is a real espresso enthusiast would love it. I personally can't recommend it though since it wasn't reliable.

    Great info! Do you feel the "taste" of the espresso is a huge difference between your old Jura and Phillips? Tbh, I only know Nespresso, but the times I have been to true speciality cafe, the difference in taste (Nespresso vs cafe) blew my mind.

    I will definitely check out the Philips though! = )

    Curious to ask how do you find coffee taste difference between Jura and saeco? Considering saeco coffee portions from 6 to 10 grams vs Jura portion from 5 to 16 grams.

    I'd second that. While Jura makes great machines not being able to service/clean brew group yourself is a significant con. Buying from Costco makes things better with free warranty (2+2 years using their CC) but I would invest in additional warranty if possible.

    The espresso and coffee from the Jura was a bit more robust. We almost always have cappuccino from the Saeco/Philips with 1% or 2% milk. The size and strength options are much easier to set on the Lattego then they are on the Ena Micro.

    I bought the Lattego from Williams Sonoma. It was on sale and also stacked with a 15% off coupon. $640 before tax.

    Sure, welcome.
    Just FYI if you never used PEP, you likely need PEP for lighter arabica roast beans and small shots of espresso when there is very little time for water passing through coffee and not enough time to extract a shot.

    If you like darker roast types (not talking about oily dark roast types) like medium dark non oily types of beans then, you wouldn't need PEP. It's like pre infusion in saeco, miele etc. I own miele and do not use pre infusion for medium dark type of espresso beans and blends with large parts of robusta coffee beans. Using PEP for darker beans will result in bitter taste of espresso.
    For larger non espresso portions of coffee you don't need PEP.
