Heard the SIM card can only be ordered on the mobile. Does $5 purchase trigger $10 credit?

I got this on 4/5 cards, none are biz. Also popped up on Bank of America as well as some of these offers often do. I added $5 to my Mint wallet yesterday to see if it would trigger the rebate.

UPDATE: I got the confirmation from Chase today that this triggered the offer.

Nice. I saw the offer on my card today and was looking to see if there was anything less than $45 on mint mobile. Guess there's the $5 starter kit. It's $0.99 at Best Buy tho lol

I'm trying to get the $5 starter kit by going through the BYOP link and clicking "purchase sim" but it keeps bringing me back to the plan page. Is there any way to purchase the sim kit alone?
