Ashford.com has TISSOT T-Classic Titanium Men's Quartz Watch w/ Titanium Bracelet on sale for $169.99 when you apply coupon code AFFTST170 in your cart. Shipping is free. Thanks chimesong
Such an inflated retail price. this watch is consistently around the $250 mark. This is obviously a cheaper price, but 78% off is a stretch when it never goes for that much.
I have a 32 year old used Timex auto given to me by a college buddy's father that is still running strong. It's worth more than your Omega 😜
Type:Quartz (Battery-Powered).

Not sure if you're saying it as a positive or negative. I have some very nice autos and I always end up going with my quartz as my daily driver. At this price I don't think you'll find an auto with titanium, sapphire glass and a chrono.
Yeah, I generally wouldn't pay more for a quartz than an auto, but many people prefer the convenience and accuracy of quartz.

Tissot is a great watch maker. I have a quartz tissot as well, however $800 seems way too much for a quartz tissot and that's entering quartz Omega territory. Sub $200 is the price it should be.

Agreed, you're crazy paying that retail price but $170 for this watch is not a bad deal.
Most people wear smart watches now a days thought so... I'd imagine if you're shopping this price point most people would go with a Garmin, apple, or Samsung for a little bit more. I wonder if smart watches are hurting the real watch makers offerings in this price point. I'm sure the high end market is still there.

Well, you are absolutely right.
I have not worn a normal watch in over 2 years since I moved onto smart watches.
But, I still ended up buying this watch. Something about a regular watch feels good compared to a smartwatch. Its probably the simplicity and no need for charging or just the looks and feel. It is like buying a physical copy feels way better than a digital copy.

Right but I never knock on the auto watches, quartz has its place.
