Just picked up mine today. Putting it together shortly, also waiting on my lat attachment to come now
The lat attachment is pretty darn cool. I have that also. I build a wooden platform with rubber from scratch and it looks so good. I also have the attachment kit for the rack with the landmine
I know nothing about this kind of stuff, but could you put a bench under it for press? Wasn't sure if it has slots to hold a bar at that level
... which is what picture 7 looks like.... sorry
1 - get power cage
2 - set up bench press in it
3 - use j hooks for stacking barbell on that you grab with bench
4 - use the long bars for a fall point so if you fail on the bench the weight wont kill you

Can you take a pic, im curious what the attachment kit for the rack looks like.
This is the different branded but same as fitness reality 810 cage. I just finished putting it together. Solid.
Yes exact same as Fitness Reality 810XLT. As such, this is not the best price since the 810XLT was sold by Walmart for $164.
It's decent cage for the price though. It'll get the job done for bench & squat. Pullup bar is kind of hard to use if you're 5'10" or over. Cage is also lighter so expect some movement.
For those looking at the adjustable bench, I would steer clear. Also exact same as Fitness Reality bench. Biggest problem is it's not standard bench height. Your feet will most likely not sit flat on the floor in the horizontal position. Very annoying and dangerous for heavy bench.

Thanks. This says Olympic bar - could I use a standard (1") bar with this?

Walmart.com [walmart.com] has Progear 1300 Ultra Strength 12-Position Adjustable Weight Bench 800lb weight capacity for $99. Shipping is free.
Buy them both together and save $20.
Both of these appear to be Fineness Reality clones/re-brands.
Not really a sale but they are in stock.
