Some quick thoughts:
1) The figures are neat if you like the Funko Pop style. Price is worthwhile if you have a Potter fan who wants the figurines
2) Game is kind of dull with 2 players. It's built for back and forth between 2 sides, but many of the varieties end up putting you into a stalemate. Would recommend you also buy the expansion pack with Malfoy and Ron
3) The game comes with a two-sided board, but I didn't find either of them compelling. Worth 1 play through, but didn't find much joy in replays

It's a two-sided game, so you can theoretically play with as few as 2 and as many as 6 players. 3 players would mean one on one side, two on the other. The game comes with two Funko Pop figures per side, and also each side has one extra character that's basically just a cardboard token. But that way it does come with three characters per side, so you don't have to buy the expansions unless you want to. I think it's a fun game, pretty easy to learn, but I'm also pretty nerdy. Unfortunately, the other people in my house aren't quite on this level of nerd, so I've only been able to play twice. Mixing Harry Potter and Golden Girls sets was fun.

No. Smaller than traditional Funko.
