Also one thing I really do not like about Corsair - when you buy the RAM you do not know what version you are getting and not all of their versions for the same model are usually on your motherboard QVL.
So moral of the story make sure what ever RAM you buy is on your motherboard QVL.
Edit: not sure why I'm getting down voted for advising people to check their motherboard QVL before spending money on RAM.
Most Corsair RAM runs at spd speed 2133 on Ryzen CPU motherboard combo without XMP enabled regardless what the advertised RAM speed is.
holy crap, I didn't know they made DDR4 that slow.

Two things:
It's deceptive that some RAM can run at advertised speeds ONLY with enabling the pre built overclock profile. Not sure who is to blame, the RAM manufacturer, mobo manufacturer, etc. ? So why buy Corsair for your Ryzen build when you literally have to "over clock" the RAM to get advertised speeds?
Second, I was running 32 GB of DDR4 Corsair sticks with my Ryzen 5 for a year, XMP at 2933. I had occasional issues usually resolved with a reboot or a new bios update but wasn't until I started playing MW that I realized all those dev errors and crashes were due to either XMP being enabled or the RAM being too slow with XMP disabled. An 8 hour memtest showed nothing wrong with my sticks so they were not defective, just not very compatible. Also I spent hard earned money on my Corsair RAM, and I bought the right model based on my motherboard QVL, but when I got 2 of my sticks I realized later on I received the correct model however the VERSION not officially supported on my QVL.

I have this and it runs great. Unless you care about aesthetics RAM is RAM and is probably the least important thing you have to worry about. Just go to your motherboard manufacturer and make sure it's supported and you should be good to go.
