I signed up right before covid. The voucher code never worked for me, and I didn't get any gift cards e-mailed to me. Very annoying. Scam club, fark these assholes.

Yes, you need to activate in the store to get your picture and card. At least that is how it was 11 months ago when I used a similar deal. I don't imagine the process will have changed given they need a picture.

Well, that's sad. I was going to bit the deal...I just don't want to go to store right now. I already went less with Walmart unless it's necessary. Anyway, thanks, at least I know something I try to search and came out nothing and nowhere

Yeah I agree with this. You need to go in store to get card, which would be the next time anyone wants to shop in store. You can get all the deals online without ever getting a card.

This deal is a money maker and definitely better, if personal choice portion between GC business or the potential of getting upfront credit. Keep in mind there were reports that getting upfront credit in your preferred deal depended on the associate and is not guaranteed. T&C's actually prohibit that.
