You would be fine with the Gigabyte board I assume. The Asus Tuf Wifi is pretty nice for slightly more. The Tuf has 14 VRM phases (4x3 + 2) with onboard debug leds ... 8 total sata ports (two more) ... more rear panel IO ports ... more additional fan headers .. .etc etc.
The Tomahawk pretty much objectively surpasses the TUF in every way, namely:
1. \[Significantly\] Better temps under load
2. Better audio chip
3. Better LAN
4. Better VRM
5. Less RGB
6. More USB3
7. Front USB-C
8. *Relatively* newer board
