4th reason, fakes are being sold. Not everyone is fake but some of these Apple cases sold getting through are.

Order and got mine for the 11 pro max. The case is slippery. From everything I can tell it is genuine but I have been case less for almost a year and it is less slippery case less. Maybe it needs to breakin? My last silicone case was very grippy and that's why I got it. Maybe I will read some amazon reviews... no reason to add bulk if it doesn't prevent drops!
