Great deal Jdub. This is cheaper than the last time it popped up in black, and white paint coating often costs slightly more in manufacturing. We have a PC in this case and it's a good airflow case! (also noisier due to the mesh/venting).

In one of the case review videos I watched on YouTube recently, the guy said that almost all companies dropped the 5.25 bay, to the point that things have reversed and now some companies are actually charging a bit more for a 5.25 bay!

You might have to elaborate on what you mean by "new design cases" but there are modern cases that still feature 5.25" bays although they are the exception, not the norm.

I regretted buying Phanteks bc their cases are MUCH SMALLER than your regular sized mid towers.

The phanteks enthoo pro m is one of the new cases with 5.25 drive. I bought it and regret it (because I dont use it) but if you do use it, you may like that case.
