Right after, weeks,a month...doesn't seem like they care. I been doing that for the last few years. Just use new email when u sign up.
That was always the hang-up for me- you had to spend double the gift card amount in the end, so you weren't really saving anything.
Ours doesn't expire until November, hopefully they'll come back out with this deal before Black Friday.
