For using as house emergency power, esp with this amount of power, it would be nice to be able to power a well pump or a wall AC unit.
It will also enable you to power both buses of your breaker box if you use an interlock kit without resorting to modding your cable and/or the busbars themselves.

At 3700 watts this can power absolutely anything with a plug, even up to 240v 20a plugs EXCEPT this doesn't do 240v.

For plugging into the house, I'd find something a bit bigger like 6000 watts just in case you run some electric stoves
