Just one bit of advice, throw away the cooking chart and google what you want to cook in it. If you follow the chart you'll overcook just about everything.

A friend who got the version without the probe, which is currently $230 on Amazon, usually around $200 at Sam's, says he uses it almost exclusively over his Weber grill for doing salmon and steaks for two people. He told me he uses it mostly outside when grilling since it can produce a lot of smoke.
Considering getting one even though I have a Gourmia toaster air fryer and InstantPot air fryer. They all have their strengths.
