The title has never changed for me. It still says that as I'm looking at the thread right now. The URL even has the same wording and logging out, still shows the same title and url.
edit: If I were to guess, someone else posted that title and they merged the thread together into my original thread.

I too thought the email was too good to be true, and just said to the cashier that I had an email for a 32gb USB *and* microsd... he picked them up without any fuss.
Funny how he allowed more than one coupon per customer (normally against policy) but didn't allow what the coupons pecifically stated.
I've noticed on 2 separate occasions since then a similar things happened to other people in line in front of me. All of which at the Tustin location, some of the employees there just don't seem to want to help you either. Weird how microcenter used to be known as "the mecca" where employees are friendly and knowledgeable compared to fry's and best buy. BTW best buy has an AWESOME computer components section now (at least the Costa Mesa location in Orange County).
Yeap, cashier gave me both of them.

The next generation will probably never see the inside of any of those stores, so enjoy them while you can.
I actually used my junk email, which often takes forever to receive emails because it's an old Yahoo account, so I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up right away. I believe Microcenter already had that email address, if that made any difference. That's likely the case, since I did not receive a welcome email first.
We bought 3 of the 32GB drives, ended up with 2 out of 3 failing. The first failed after copying 25gb of photos to it, disk was unreadable, corrupted garbage when it got to their other computer. The second failure was DOA. The 3rd drive did not fail, but was horribly slow.
Confirmed failures and poor performance across several computers. I would not trust important files to these junk drives.
Edit: This USB is cool for stuff like dropping a movie/tv show to watch on PS4, and microsd is cool for writing a retropie image for raspberry pi or recording a 1080p video.
I wouldn't rely on anything but Samsung/Sandisk for things like thousands of memorable pictures/videos.
