I wish I had waited for this one. Just bought a different, more expensive can that I'm not happy with.

I bought this about two weeks ago from Costco in store. This was the regular price for it. It's very nice. Like the pull out inner can. Looks nice. Cleans easily.

I have seen this at the warehouse in our area. Sometimes I wonder why the trash cans have to be that much expensive especially without any touchless stuff. Maybe it's just me feel that way.

You are not alone...I feel that there is no reason that this, or most other trashcans, should be so expensive.

Just want to say that this is a great trash can. Got a dented one from The Container Store as-is corner for around $60. The Costco 13 gal kitchen bags fit perfectly around the inner can lip. No bag slipping when you throw in heavy trash and no vacuum when you're trying to lift the bags out. I saw some reviews online about how the step lever is garbage, but mine is still going strong after ~2 years of use.

I've had a lot of trash cans like this break at the bottom part you step on to open. I would consider this just because it has a 10 year warranty.

I bought one on Friday and it's very nice for the price. With the extra $15 it's a steal. As nice or better than my previous Simple Human.
