I then check their merchant review/reputation and this seems to be a common probem among many others. They have terrible reviews. https://www.sitejabber.

3) Cheapest is new phone including one year plan with minutes like one of these. Check HSN, QVC, Slick, and Tracfone on eBay for current offers. This one is decent.

you are probably gonna have to add 30 days of service to keep your phone number and current balance alive until your new phone can be swapped over.
