You have to fill out a form on-line and upload an image of your Costco receipt. Promotion starts on September 2nd, so if you buy now it wouldn't count.

You can rebuy the products when the promotion starts and return the products with you current (old) receipt and submit the rebate with you new receipt. It took a couple weeks for me to receive the cash card last year.

Per the OP and the user that replied to you, this deal won't be valid until September 2nd unfortunately. So you might want to try to cancel your order and wait until this deal goes live next week.

The deal will be valid 9/2-9/27. There will likely be a form from P&G that you'll fill out once the deal is live.
