The OP has since pasted Dennis L's instructions verbatim into the first post without giving due credit.
Thanks to these instructions, I was able to order one in black. Try this if you're having trouble adding to cart and be sure to thank Dennis if it helps!
As of 10:17PM EDT:
Black is still able to be added to the cart.
Blue and Rose Gold show as in stock but do not have the warranty options and would not add to cart.
Green has the warranty options but is now showing out of stock.

I had a Gateway PC about 23 years ago. They were shipped in boxes covered with the markings of a Holstein cow. They were actually pretty good.
Kind of surprised this has 16gb ram for sub-$500 during COVID, pretty rare to find that these days.
