I have the simple one - ooni 3 , I'm hearing that the Koda 16 is an amazing piece of oven. Propane vs pellets on other types

If you're talking about the one on bloomingdale's web site, the peel is only 12". It's a bad match with the Ooni 16. You're not going to be able to utilize the full capacity of the oven.

If you're buying the Ooni 16, I would find another peel that can hold a 16" pizza.
