I need something that will run my refrigerator, a small air conditioning unit or a small space heater, and potentially a deep freezer. It would also be nice to run my wireless router modem and maybe a television.

This should be more than enough right?
Probably, worst case scenario you have the AC and freezer or whichever combo you choose take turns. The wireless router and TV take an insignificant amount of power.
oh this runs on gas or LPG. I thought this was liquid propane or regular unleaded gasoline. I don't think this is what I want
LPG is propane or a propane/butane mix, and it can run on that or unleaded gasoline. The only thing it doesn't run on is LNG (natural gas) from a house line, but you could probably make it work with an adapter for the LPG fittings.

Pretty sure all propane is a lpg, but not all lpg is propane. Meaning the lpg definition includes other gasses, but from my understanding, regular propane should be fine to use.

It kind of looks like it has a gas tank on top... I hope that isn't an oil tank and that it burns through that much oil!
I'm pretty sure it is propane and unleaded gas. If you look closely at the front panel image it shows a gas can and LP cylinder along with the wattage for each.

You thought right. Gas as in gasoline, LPG as in liquid propane gas. The "main gas line" kind of gas in your house is called NG or natural gas.

When I Googled LPG it came up with liquid petroleum gas. will this generator run on a regular 20 lb propane tank like I use on my grill?
