You can wear these over earplugs....always a good idea to die indoors regardless of your first choice.
I think all electronic earmuffs are about the same 23db protection.

Super comfortable for 3-4 hours at the range. Work well with glasses.
Like others have said, for an indoor range, you need earplugs. These alone won't do it. Sound amplification will ensure you get to hear people (even with the earplugs).

Slim's always have a lower decibel rating. Which is ironic since they are meant for bench shooting.
Unless you're at a .22 only range, just do it. Tinnitus sucks.
