I have the Simple Choice plan with SOC code NAUTTF.
I had the same issue - im on Simple Choice - Unlimited Family Match (Soc: FL15CL) and it said i don't qualify. When i ended up cancelling the line, the rep said i wouldnt be able to qualify for new promos for 90 days regardless if it was Tmo's fault since the rep should have never signed me up since my plan didnt qualify.

That plan cannot add new lines. You need to change plan. Every T-Mobile add a line thread have ask this question about that particular plan.
Long story short: Don't even try to add a free line if you're on the 2 for $100 TMO ONE All In Promo plan. You will just end up with a paid 3rd line. It was a major hassle to get it sorted out. It took a lot of patience and a lot of going back and forth with reps via phone calls and chat (lasted about a month for me). If you really want this promo, do yourself a favor and switch to the 2 for $120 Magenta plan first. Then take advantage of the free line promo. The switch was worth it for me, and T-Mobile made it right in the end. It may or may not be worth it for your specific needs, but it if is, heed this advice to save yourself the headaches and hassle.
For example, Line 1 paid, Line 2 paid, Line 3 paid, Line 4 free, Line 5 free. Can I move the phone number from Line 1 to Line 5 and then drop Line 1 (paid line)? Do I have to wait 90 days or 1 year before I can do this?
Thanks.
