How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

I have 2 paid lines. 1 free from July. The free one had the BOGO samsung S20. I tried to get the 4th free line on this promo along w/ the A11 from samsung for free with port in. So I paid the tax on the A11. Just logged into my account and it says that my Free Line from July got a new phone added to it which i believe if so cancels my EIP for my Samsung S20 so That is going to be needed to pay off in full next month. and the 4th line that I was supposed to get today is not on there still showing the 3 lines.
He said I could add the line, I replied straightaway "great let's do it" - haven't had a reply since 5.11pm and it's now 7.11pm !!
