*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

The promotion is any Note 20 including Ultra, Any Galaxy 10, any Galaxy 20 and must activate 1 new line which the free line works towards. Promotion is up to $1,000 so depends on the price of the phone you purchase. Rebate is through a Prepaid Mastercard. Offer ends 9/24

Got the free line through Chat, but rep won't waive the SIM or service fee, so come out to be around $30 to add a free line...

Yes,first I opened 3 lines at costco, free activations and $300 costco cash card. One of the three lines is free...

That was yesterday the 17th, then today I ported another 4 lines from Verizon, I did this at the store and they charged me 124 dollars sims/activations but they gave me $250 prepaid master card on each of the lines, it's called BYOD Promo, on the top of that, Two of those lines are free.

I don't know why Two of the lines are free, the rep doesn't know either but probably there's some kind of unknown promotion in there.
I see. That's a great deal but don't forget to use the additional permanent 20% off Hook Up code from a few weeks ago! The 20% off is the biggest and rarest deal! Look at this thread: https://slickdeals.net/f/14326784-20-off-t-mobile-voice-lines-for-the-life-of-the-account-for-new-cu...

Same thing happened to me with the last free line. This time, I went to Costco's for no fees, free sim card, and an additional $100 Costco cash card in 14 wks.

Yeah I did this as well around 3pm today. Paid $10 for the sim, they'll wave the $20 service fee which is BS anyway just to make you feel like they're doing you a favor.

So the terms for this free line are slightly different from before? Now you can't ever cancel a line that's on your plan at the time of adding this free line? Not even after 12 months, correct?

"Also, as long as you will not change your plan or will not cancel any lines on your account, the 5th new line will be free."

Just want to be clear for anyone who does not know. The line is free but you still have to pay the tax on it even you do not use it. My free line costs me about $5 a month.

I got Two Free lines today, not sure how it happened, but I posted my discounts earlier. The $1000 is not a trade in credit, it's BYOD Rewards, $250 per line.

Hi, can you message me or come back after your next bill or 2 generated and let us know if 2 of the 2020 Line on Us 2 promos stick? I wonder if they'll stick permanently w/o you interfering or asking for rep's help monthly. The backend system may kick it off once it sees 2 of the same promos, but hey if it sticks, you're so lucky Smilie

Today's Free line Promo states limit 1 free per account. So I wonder if it's probably b/c you opened the 2 paid lines yesterday then turned around and opened 2 more today again all w/i 24hrs and system is playing catch up giving you 2 identical promos. Awesome for you!
