*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Success! I was able to add the line last night thru chat. Extremely slow. I didn't add any phones or anything I just used a SIM card I had from a previous upgrade. The promotion was added to my account as "line on us 2".
I am on a T-Mobile one play with currently 8 lines and I got in on the "line on us 1" promo in July. Good luck!

First time doing this.
For Type 3, how does this work if it requires IMEI? You give the rep the Type 3 code while ordering the 5G phone, or EIP first then register the Code at insider.t-mobile.com after you receive the phone in the mail?
Buy the 5G phone. Once you have the 5G phone in hand (whether by mail or you get in store), you get its IMEI number and use that for the promo registration.

I think that's a safe play. I asked agent to not add free A11, even though now she was pushing it, and asking why NOT? I presume free device is bill credits or is it rebate?

I don't know but I'd think T-Mobile is smart enough not to allow both promos on the same line. I'm just going to do the $250 promo myself and not push my luck. There are various posts in the $250 thread that the $250 promo isn't compatible with the other phone offers.I

Give T-Mobile a call and a rep can confirm your eligibility.

Any idea, when do you submit the port-in info? Agent is telling me that I just order a free line and one I receive a SIM card, I call and then port-in? I am planning to get $250 promo with free line, so just want to make sure. Any thoughts?
What is this $250 promo?

Thanks, took bit longer than expected via SMS, but at-least great, that I didn't have to be on phone and have record of chat/SMS. Also, pushed bit harder and she said can't waive the activation fee, but applied $20 credit to the account.

Any advice is appreciated if I can save anything more as the Corp Discount stopped somereason many years back but here is what I have:

I am on a SimpleChocie plan with 2.5 but its a business plan soc: BIZUTT6; 6 voice lines and then have 2 free tablet lines. I pay Taxes and the total would be around $168 a month (have EIP so right now its $182). I think I have a max 10 line limit...

You think I can do anything better with the plan changes or stick with what I have?

I was able to chat with CS and get them to upgrade 4 of the 6 voice lines to unlimited data with 10gb hotspot but only 4 soo.......

Thanks in advance...

requires a new line (aka this free line offer) and a port-in (aka $6 AT&T port-in number from eBay):

Just went through Twitter and was easy to get the line added. I added one in June as well, so two lines for "free" other than taxes in a couple of months. Love that I don't have to change my Simple Choice plan....

Try again with a different rep who knows the correct info. Or better yet, read the first post and find your SOC code and see if you're eligible. If your plan is eligible, just add a line (online yourself or via a rep if that makes you more comfortable) and it will magically be free as it's all automatic.

Thanks. Isn't adding iPhone pro on us promo more valuable than this?

I suppose iPhone on us promo doesn't work for the people who don't have a phone to trade in.
