Does the promo show up for someone who added a new line. I was also told that you have 30 days to add any promo-eligible devices, in case you didnt buy a phone and now changed your mind to get one.
I have an eligible rate plan code - Simple Choice 6 lines + 2, one of which is a free line.
I have a few google voice numbers, one Simple Mobile number that I can port.

Rep told me that the line would show up once you activated the Sim card (which I found strange).
And clarified that it was free except for taxes (since my plan doesn't include taxes paid).
