*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Are you able to get One Plus Promo on newly added lines?

I added a 9th line to my TMO one plan just fine. Kept my one plus promo as well.

i have 8 voice lines and 2 mobile internet lines

yeah if i do move forward will have to make sure they dont switch me to Magenta - the 9-12 One Plan would be it - but not sure if it changes price for all the lines.

If i remember the plan i have now it was tiered. like 2-4 lines one rate, 4-8 like $20 each, and so forth.

also if i recall there is a limit of lines that can have auto pay discount - i just recall how many
You'll be changed to a 9/$270 plan. That would make your 9th line $30. You'll get a $30 credit to cover the cost, so your bill won't increase.

Autopay stops at 8 lines. In this case that won't matter, as the credit will cover the $5 missing from autopay.

If you have any free lines, you may end up better off. As I found yesterday when going from an 8 line plan to 9 lines, many free line credits seem to increase from $20 to $30 once the change is made. I had 2 $20 free line credits that went from $20 to $30, and one $25 credit that went to $30. One of my $20 credits stayed the same.

Interesting- from what I've been reading the free lines get bumped to the 1 to 8 slot and your existing line hits at the $30 rate

Your lines will stay in the exact order they are now. For whatever reason, the discounts for the free lines go up (at least mine did).

So i have Tmobile One and added the free line yesterday. Basically to get the $250 i would have to buy a number from ebay, speak to rep and request to port that ebay number to the newly opened free line?

So anyone confirm if buying from ebay works.. do we have to worry about pre/post paid accounts?
Bought a line from ebay. Worked fine for porting.

Did you had the SIM card? Rep told me that I'll have to wait to port-in until I receive my SIM.

You can have 8 voice lines and i believe 5 mobile internet lines in that plan. your mobile internet lines don't count towards the voice ones.

i have 8 voice lines - not sure if its worth dealing in a possible account hassle for this free one.
Thanks for clarifying

It is still unclear to me. This $250 rebate stacks with free line? I ported three lines, I expect three rebates of $250. If I contact them to make one line free (via their promotion), the rebate is still applicable in that free line? Thanks.

$250 rebate thread here if you're interested; it does work/stack with the free line: https://slickdeals.net/f/14353982-t-mobile-get-a-250-virtual-prepaid-card-when-you-activate-a-new-line-of-service-with-byod-port-in
