Autopay is limited to 8 paid lines, adding a free line doesn't affect that.
Add a line discount does not apply because you are already maxed out, besides free is better than 50% off. Generally, if you're grandfathered you keep the features on exiting lines only.
T-force processed an order for me 12 hours ago, but im still waiting for it to be processed. T-force said they are backed up, and will take a few days. Is this happening to anyone else?

Thank GOD I did not do the free line in store. This rep basically spent 15 minutes arguing with me saying there is no difference between T-Mobile One and Magenta - he was holding his ground - I'm like Twitter team etc. he just did not know what they were - etc.
I just told him like 5-10 times just don't mess with the plan - the line i added, just trade in my iPhone 7 Plus for the iPhone 11 Pro and port-in number with the promotion.
He did it - it seems correct - no change to plan - etc. He said I should get $800 credits over 24 months.
I'd add the line with T-Force (because the store can't keep you on One), then once that's squared away, go to the store to sign up for the EIP on the iPhone. You can port (required for the promo) either in store or via T-Force (Id suggest T-Force). The system should see that it's all completed during the promotional window and credit you without a problem.
Confirm with T-Force while adding the line.
But I did go ahead ask T-Force to add the line, it changed my SOC as per the PDf I showed - I think giving him PDF made it easier.

Tiulfm9 is a tmobile one 9-12 soc. Get.a.difference tforce rep because that rep does not want to do it. Fortunately or unfortunately, the chat messagings are visible by any rep to see.
