*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Just chat with them in the t-mobile app. I just asked them to waive it and they said okay. Literally just that easy

1. Doing it on your own using the app or website.. it will show up as regular offers and not the latest offers/promos.. need blind faith. (contact T-Mobile next day to verify offers)
2. Make a fuss complain be adamant.

Depends on the rep. Mine was not willing. Even when I told them I was wrongfully charged for SIM last transaction.. charged me $20+$10 SIM. Again..
For those getting iPhones. The iPhones come pre packaged w SIM so that's why the SIM charge.., but I did read about eSIM. Good luck w that.

I called 611 about the June/July free line and the CSR Tmo expert said that the previous promo was more stricter and my USCFM4 plan was not on the eligible list but however, this new promo is, and thus, I am qualified for this new free line. Oh well, four paid and four free lines for $150 with Corp/gov't discounts still a sweet plan. 14GB hotspot per line is a bonus to boot.

Unlucky. My rep didn't even ask for an explanation. Just said sure I'll take it off for you. 🤷 ♂️🤷 ♂️

I added a free line today via Messenger. I was charged $30 for sim card and support fee.

I asked rep to waive the support fee. He immediately credited my account $20.

How were you charged? Billed to account? Or did you have to pay it right away with a CC?

Quick question guys - I'm a current Sprint customer and planning to switch to a company who can give a better deal on new phones like upcoming iPhone 12(if it comes this year). As sprint/tmob has already merged so Tmob wont count me as a new customer. Can I do like Sprint-Lyca-Tmobile to join Tmob again as a brand new customer and get benefits?

My T-Mobile one plan has a grandfathered feature of One Plus for free but they won't add it to this new like since it's no longer available

Anyone get a grandfathered feature to apply to a line?

I activated the new line on an eSIM because I didn't have a spare SIM handy, no issue!
You need the MEID of the digital SIM and the EID of the device.

Paid it immediately with CC. Rep sent a secure link during chat to pay by CC.

Yes, but they usually have a 30-90 day period (you'll have to read the fine print) where you can't be a customer (would have to be on lyca at&t or whatever for a few month) before you switch back to qualify for their promos

I did. Tforce added the one plus promo within 5 mins of ask.

All 5 of my lines have one plus promo. 2 paid lines and 3 free lines

Thanks.

I wasn't charged anything (I provided my own SIM). However, at the start of the process (via 611), the rep asked for a CC for verification, and confirmed that it's for verification only and there will be no charge.

Anyone had the same experience?
