*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Isn't TM all unlimited data? Where would it show, if you have no data and/or allow you to purchase it?
It's unlimited but at LTE speeds only up to the cap you have on each line. You should be able to see the specifics of each line under "Account" on My.tmobile.com. I think it's under "Manage your Data and Add-ons".

Great deal!!

Yes, I was able to add a free line on 55+.
Did you have 1 or 2 lines prior to adding the free line?

I did look there and I see nothing really that good, maybe Im too picky ? Anything you guys see that makes sense ?

The other one I cant do already I took a new number, should of ported something from somewhere I guess Frown is it still doable ?
Still do-able. I didn't need a phone so went the $250 route myself. Buy an AT&T number from ebay (lots of sellers, I bought from "re-lux" and am happy), call/chat/message to do the port-in, and then register for the $250.

Lots of the phone deals require a port-in which you can use this for also.

So How much will you totally pay each month?

I am financing a few phones with promos and I also have the insider hookup from a few years ago as well as my tablet lines are BOGO as well. My total for all 10 lines (8 voice and 2 tablet) is $213 a month. I'm always checking Reddit, Discord and of course SD to always find line deals.

Looks like most of the deals requiring add-a-line are gone..

Just FYI, does not apply to SOC Code ONE60TIFM (Senior plan 55+ 2 lines at $60/month (now $70)). Major bummer! Frown

Nice was thinking about doing this after seeing data points of people getting the promo despite being told multiple times its not eligible. What's your plan SOC?
Was able to add to an Amplified plan last night - I'm TM1AMP2. Rep seemed knowledgeable, and she didn't say anything about my line not qualifying. Hopefully there's no issues once the SIM arrives and I activate it.

Edit: fixed my SOC code above; was off by a digit

It is truly unlimited and they did increase the CAP to 50GB per line and once you pass 50GB they can reduce your speeds. My daughter who is away at college is always blasting past 50GB (she's already 54GB and we still have 13 days left in our billing cycle) and they have yet to slow her down (knocking on wood).

Some of the promo phones you can do with this new line and port in I think is pretty good the Tmobile revll 5G 50% (retail around $400). If you just want a free one I think the Tmobile revll 4 plus retail $200 u get free. Or Samsung Galaxy A10 free. Or just port in and get $250 rebate virtual master card. I'm gonna try the port in the visible number which I'm canceling anyway after I get my confirmation they accepted my trade in phone for the free moto e6. Hope the $250 promo still active by then and the rep saying they will make that $250 rebate happen even with the screw up they made forcing me to cancel 2 lines one from July promo and one from them activating 2 lines with this promo. Ahhh. Will be dealing with them for the next few billing cycle until all this is straighten up. It does take some effort to get free stuff. Some get lucky and don't need to deal with them after but last 3 months ouch having nightmare about dealing with them haha

Yes, the rep made sure the new line matches the data cap on all the remaining 9 lines. He did mention during the chat that he had trouble reinstating 4GB "because it was a promo" (I think all of those who were on 2.5 were bumped to 4 few years ago) but "continued to work on it" and I guess whatever he did eventually worked.

Hey old VW Golf buddy; I posted this but wanted to see if anyone else has any ideas.

I am on a SimpleChoice plan with 2.5GB (4GB) unlimited Calls/Text plan but its a business plan soc: BIZUTT6; 6 voice lines and then have 2 free tablet lines. I pay Taxes and the total would be around $168 a month (have EIP so right now its $182). I think I have a max 10 line limit...

I think I missed the window to do anything better with the Hookup or even the Free line but the Free line would cost me about $5.60 in taxes each month but asking if there is anything else I can do to improve my plan.

I was able to chat with CS and get them to upgrade 4 of the 6 voice lines to unlimited data with 10gb hotspot but only 4. That change is already reflected in the lines and I hope I dont get charged anything extra....

Thanks in advance...

try again...also try calling during day with toe, and then at night around 9PM PST that way you get a international team, and specifically give them the soc, not sure why they are not adding it.
Do you know the SOC for the One Plus promo that was free? Thanks!

I wish I got to this thread before now. I just got off chat in the T-MOBILE app. He knew exactly what I wanted and the only way to add it to my amplified plan was move me off and then wait for the sim to ship. Then Saturday he will put me back on Amplified. Let's hope I don't need to make additional calls.

Does this "Line On Us" promotion come around once in a while or is this really rare?
