*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

You'll get an autopay credit as long as this line isn't line 9-12. Kickback is grandfathered. You'd have to ask to have it added. Even if added, it won't make a difference if this line is an add-a-line (not in your base plan and has a separate line charge). It shouldn't make a difference even if it's in your base plan, but I've seen some funny things with that, so that's up in the air.
I just added this fall 2020 promo as my 9th line. Auto pay credit is still showing up as $40. My base bill has gone from $140 for 8 lines to $130 for 9 lines, taxes and fees included.

I cancelled a line about 60 days ago...Will this still work?
read my post above. I did so but was surprised. I think you will be OK. The worst you will ask them to remove it. But if you want to take advantage of phone it's risky. since if you add a promo phone you may not be able to return it in 14 days. if you trade in you may not be able to get your old phone back. the safest in our case is to go with the $250 with this free line.

I started noticed TMo changed their billing method and we are not getting full $10 kickbacks If you have insider hookup becuz all discounted charges before hookup applies. it's like we are being robbed $2 for every line have a kickbacks at the end of the month. think about this how much they are taken from their customers. Hope Tmo will noticed and update their billing system. Just insane...
honesty.....you already receiving a discount that's why. It's a know fact when kickback was added that free lines or discounted lines won't receive it. it won't stack with free already. Honestly most promo and discount don't stack. So I would not say they have taken anything from us. I'm ok with this.. I can set up a free line as my second line on Iphone & Pixel with esim and get some $7 off. Is not that awesome.?

No, my meant were the pay lines, not the free ones. With this error, tmobile are cheating and draws back millions of dollars from their customers. All my billings were wrong since June and chatted with csr, they agreed with me but they can't do anything unless upper management overwrite it the billing system.

Fyi: kickbacks are purely incentives at a fixed number($10) when terms are.met.

Assuming this promo has the same terms as other previous line promos, then yes. You'll have to wait 1 year, though, before canceling the line.
yep. Jury is out if it's one year or 90 days. I would not risk it I was you unless you do not need two lines. that way if you cancel one. and you loose the promo on the other one, you can cancel that one too. But it all depend on when you got the two free lines...if it's over 90 day on both then may be. But some are saying a year. I actually think it's 90. I did what you're trying to do last month after getting a free line. the next bill the free line was no longer free. Well I regretted it.

Yep...as said you already getting insider discount. It does not stack. those were the terms of kickback. it's been a known fact. You can't get %25 off plus $10.

I'm pretty sure you can still get the free line as the 90 day rule does not apply to this promo. But you cannot take advantage of the free iPhone on us promo since the 90 day rule does apply.
You're right. Unless he restored the line cancelled. But can get the $250

I added my free line Saturday. Ported my AT&T number from eBay and traded my IPhone X for the IPhone 11 Pro "On Us". I'm seeing both promos on my account. My plan is SC NA Unlimited Family Match Promo (USCFM4). I think this is the best deal for Grandfathered plan that I've seen in a while.

It's fortunate that you can leave T-Mobile at any time if you're not happy with their cheating ways. Luckily consumers have all control in deciding which companies to support with their hard earned $$.

I don't see your plan code in the Wiki. So be wary if the free line promotion drops.

No Nashi is correct that discount was not meant to stack.
Lets go with the a line you add is $20. If you get kickback you pay $10
With Hookup discount applied FIRST the line cost $16. If you get $10 kickback on top of that it means you only pay $6 for that line. That's why they don't allow it.
Discount is $20-$10 (kickback)= $10, $10-20% hookup code= $8, which is still a combo of the 2 discount but just not in the order that is to your liking.
Would you prefer they gave you a choice of either kickback OR hookup discount?

If you remember in July I think they had a free Line. I added that free line I'm still getting credits for that. I have to contact them but I'm still getting them. For this they will automatically credit them. I took screenshots in case they drop it. I have messages from reps. So I have back up I case that's happens. But it hasn't happened to me. I have 3 free lines and 9 paid lines total of 12 Linea for $330. $27/Line. Can't beat that deal.🤣
