How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

Yeah, that's why I switched but lost out my 15% military discount. You have to try multiple times with different reps and be persistent. Best to get oversea reps after 10pm EDT.

I added the "supposedly" free line yesterday and the sim card was shipped. I see line being added to the acct. I don't see promotion for this line yet under applied discounts and promotions. I see my plan cost going up by $16 ( 20% of 20 =16). Is this normal and the promo info will get updated correctly later on? Thx

Yeah, takes some time. I'd say give it thru Monday for the system to refresh with the update.

You should have receive a text message on main line saying " congrats! You will receive promotional service ......" Once your SIM ships.
If you don't have that message then most likely a mistake was made.

Thanks. Does the text come within a day or two of the SIM shipment? Or is it right when it ships. Just got the order ship email. No text yet.

UPSMI tracking number doesn't show anything yet at ups.com.

Ok just got off T-Force thru Facebook messenger. So the new recent line they accidnetly added which I never used or activate show "no install" so no 90 day penalty on that canceled line. But the august 25 canceled line from the June promo shows usage which of course because I had my niece use it for two month where I called two month in a row explaining to to them why my account not credit it for the free promo line and July rep said takes 2 billing cycle so waited till august and still no credit so called and the new rep caught my plan was not qualify for the June promo free line. So I had to cancel it even though it's them misinforming me that I was qualify from June to august. So when a line shows usage their is no code for them to make it "no install" so I'm out of luck with any promo until 11/25. Hope my experience helps other. Don't wait for the lines be activated and use it. Do it before activating and ask rep over and over that all is good. Thanks Joshy for the info asking TForce. Sorry to hear that. It sucks when you can't take advantage of promos because of rep misinformation.

T-Force is usually much better than other support channels. I don't know what channel you used the first time, but going forward, I'd ways use T-Force (and only T-Force) to verify your eligibility for any promos.
