That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

Have VZW military plan. Is the $250 BYOD rebate available for t-mobile military plan? If not, can I sign up for a regular plan, get the rebate and then convert to military plan?

I screwed up the promo with Sprint , I did only 2 lines, no credit, so I missed out on a lot. I dont want to make the same mistake twice.

I have an active no credit Sprint number I want to port out and kill. Obviously that is not good for this deal. I know you cant use numbers that were on the Sprint service but if I dont care about that phone number am I disqualified by name and address?

96$ deal dead?

Have a Visble number need to port. So buy 3 numbers on ebay and open 4 lines for max profit, right? Dont need any of the lines really for actual use

I just bought an AT&T number and ported it with the 20% hookup. On the T-Mobile page it says status: received. Will they contact me again, or is there something else I need to do? Not sure if I screwed up somewhere, I've never ported a number before, much less one I don't have access to.

It is good for the deal as long as you close it. Then try online, and chat with support who will set you up for an in store appointment.. in the store they can over ride the issue is what I am being told

Apologies if I'm being too particular

I'm already a Tmo customer.
Can I open a new account
Buy ATT numbers from eBay and port those in?

If so, which would be the most economical plan to choose to cancel later?

Appreciate your help

The rep I just contacted said I still have to stop by with the phone I'm doing my BYOD For a 3 point inspection... does that make sense?

I have some unlocked iPhones IMEIs if anyone interested. Amazon $2 will suffice.
Just silly question

Why is IMEI required? Do we need to specify when purchasing the plan or when processing the rebate (dont see anything there for IMEI?

They don't need to know anything about your phone, let alone inspect it. Just do the deal online or go talk to a different rep.

I'm an existing customer. I added the line for free (after promo) and did the port in BYOD promotion. They didn't even ask what phone I was using. I already had my sim card in hand, so I didn't get charged the sim card fee or the support charge either. I did everything through Twitter DM's. The port went through today and a 3 point inspection was never mentioned anywhere along the process.
