Yesterday, I already took advantage of the free line promotion. Is it too late to port-in a number and replace with the free line and get $250?

Do you think FB messenger would work if you don't have an account already with T-Mobile? My thought is that FB messenger only works for adding a line.
I don't know, didn't find out about T-Force until a customer, but what you say makes sense. But why not just send them a message on FB asking such? Only takes a minute to ask them, though sometimes it takes an hour+ to get an answer lol.
They're able have you click on a tab to "docusign", and secure CC portal pop up as well, etc. so it's possible . . .did both of those last night in adding new line on T-Force.

The hookup only works for numbers that haven't been on T-Mobile/Sprint within the past 90 days right?
Only the number registered for hookup? or all numbers under the account? Thanks.

If you have an account I don't think it would be issue. I also got the $20 support fee Adjusted just now. So I think going instore for offer is better especially if you were Sprint customer. If you are worried of porting or promo offer ending.
Thanks. Is your $20 support fee from online or in-store order? I guess online. Right? Don't know if they will waive fees charged in-store.

This stackable with 20% Insider Hookup? Just got a Type 1 code on Reddit and registered it. Plan to port in a PagePlus # (I just activated a TracFone iPhone SE I had laying around for their $10 PayAs YouGo service).
Could you please show me how to get the code, I looked at Reddit, but couldn't find a way to get the code. Thanks a lot. PM me if you like.

Hello and sorry to bother you. It seems it took you about a month from when you did the deal to when you got the GC and then you cancelled it all out after 10 days? I'm planing to stay, but instead will try to change of ownership from my 3 lines from my old account to my wife's new account (also doing the 20% hookup). If yours took about a month? Then I'd have to pay for 7 lines for a month and then possibly drop out the 4 "ported" lines? In the end, I'll have 20% hookup with 3 lines in Magenta for $96/mo? Sounds about right?
Sorry, I don't know anything about the hook up deal, and there's no guarantee that T-mo will send the GC codes as quickly this time as they did last time. The previous GCs were issued by Sunrise Bank, and the GCs for this deal are issued by MetaBank. Things won't necessarily work the same way.

In order to minimize fees from involving a rep, can't you just open 1 line that way, and then add more line online?

go to the reddit megathread:

https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/..._addaline/

Click on the big blue "DISCORD" logo on the right side. You will need to signup for Discord free "account" which will take you to the OP/Moderator JMAN100's "homepage". On the left there should be a section of tabs with Hookup 2020. Click on #hookup-info and go from therre. You will be able to submit a request ticket to get you a place in line. When you are at the front of the line someone will ask you what type code you need--TYPE 1-- not too long after that you will hopefully be given a code only you can see. This process might take several hours so be patient, it's still better than begging/sifting through publicly seen codes on the main thread

Yes, submit the 20% hookup code with port in #1 before going to store. Then just sign up for that same one line at store, and once that line activates, you should get the hookup confirmation text. No need to mention Hookup to the store employee.
Go home, get your TMO online setup, and then add more lines there or at T-Force.
You can do it all online from the start, but this method gets you actually activated faster than waiting for the mail, which it sounds like is your intent.

To qualify for hookup discount, numbers are required that haven't been on T-Mobile/Sprint within the past 90 days.
Is this rule meant only for the number registered for hookup? or all numbers under the account? Thanks.

i am on simple choice, 8 lines already.
anyone doing these simply as a moneymarker and cancel it in a year. nothing to lose right?
just $10 for port in on ebay and $10 sim card fee.

$250 rebate
$120 taxes + fees
net= $130 per line.

Yes, for the hookup registered # (line #1), the free 3rd line, if you started all this before the 18th then also the additional free line, and any line you want to get the BYOD $250 rebate from etc.

sub reddit megathread from last time hookup was active last December:https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/...ars_to_be/

Plus Jman100's thread announcing this round of hookups (read wiki): https://slickdeals.net/f/14234414-at-t-and-verizon-customers-t-mobile-s-20-insider-hookup-is-back-and-existing-customers-can-get-a-200-rebate-on-a-new-5g-phone?v=1&src=SiteSearch

read that wiki, but keep in mind that is only to qualify for hookup. If you want hookup plus $250 BYOD rebates, make all of the 1st 3 plus any BYOD lines 90 days plus out.

And JMAN100's current sub reddit hookup megathread, and where to get hookup code if needed. If you haven't caught on, JMAN is a dedicated TMO loyalist, and employee, with priceless insider info, and put great effort in this area. . .

https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/..._addaline/

Click on the Blue "DISCORD" logo on the right side of above reddit page to get you towards a Hookup code, all 3 types. . .he's even setup a ticket pull system, like at a deli, so no fighting over codes, nor a loaf of marble rye, lol
