That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

Noted, I'll do it.
What is the best way to port-in a number? I remember people used to sell numbers on eBay for porting purposes.
What is the easiest and cheapest way to do it now>
$6-$7 on ebay.

BTW, I edited and updated my comment above that may help.

A T-mo rep called me yesterday after I placed my order, to read off a bunch of legal agreements and push some additional sales. She asked if my devices are paid off, and I said Yes. She said "OK. If you still owe money on them, we have the Keep and Switch program to help pay for them, but you can't get the $250 if you do the Keep and Switch".
Interesting. One of the reps told me i can do both the offers combined. But i have to sign up through the agent and they charge $20 per line as service fee

Am I interpreting correctly that if you've using this deal on a single line, its not really worth?
I tried to checkout w/the Magenta plan and the monthly fee is $70 (w/auto-pay discount).
I currently pay $27/month on H2O mobile.

You can us the IMEI checker to see if your phone is compatible with T-mo, but you don't need to provide the IMEI to do the deal.

Your interpretation is correct. T-mo and most carriers weigh most of the cost on the first/single line. See attachment for cost breakdown.

Maybe a dumb question.

Do you still get off $5 per line with AutoPay if the lines are free?

Yes, but you could still port 4 lines get your $250 x4 and go back to h2o after you get your gift cards and move the money to bank (which t-mobile gc's allow)

Provided you have 3 more phones unlocked lying around . Also follow what others are doing.

Port 4 of my suspended cricket line and it's a go!
I did ii in store and paid $123 for activation n fee.. It's steeper than online but I want it quick.
Can you absolutely confirm a port-in of a suspended Cricket line worked? Always thought a number to use for a port-in had to be from an active account. Thanks!

NVM: looks like too many unknowns when it comes when porting from Cricekt. On top of that, the carrier checker website spits up "Sprint" for my suspended Cricket number so that's not going to work...

I'm not familiar with Simple choice. Does its plan qualify for the $250 deal? Even if it does, there's a max of four $250 GCs per account.
Yes simple choice plan qualifies for this $250 and free line promotion.

I am planning on getting 1 free line, and 3 additional lines. Total 4 new lines of service. What happen if i cancel the 3 additional lines after receiving the $250 gift card. Do i risk losing the free line.

I thought I can't cancel any lines within a year of getting the free line. That's why I planned to keep the other 3 lines for a year as well.
I've canceled/transferred out paid lines in the past after getting a free line in less than a year and all my free lines are intact. I never attempted to change the number on the free lines though, kept them as they were the day I got 'em... don't think you would lose the free line...
