That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

FIRST, you have to register the 20% hookup with one of the numbers you would be porting in. Then you order the SIMS and continue with rest of the process.
Thanks.

I got my 20% code and have 4 ATT numbers ready.

What next ? Do I need to go to Costco and open a line with the registered line with hookup OR go to T-mobile directly ? Can someone please help me with all the steps

Thanks a bunch
Read wiki, place order online. Do not go to Costco (as tmo will deny your byod)

I have visible.com phone numbers I would like to keep and still use this promo. Can I purchase 3 ATT prepaid port numbers on ebay then somehow later move the visible number over to T-Mobile?
Yes, 3 att plus one visible can be done all at once or later (promo ends on 1 oct is what i read). So plan accordingly

So I did exactly what's listed in the wiki.

Registered for the hookup for 20% off, order 4 sims and planning to bring over 4 vzw numbers. I got a call from t mobile after placing an order for order confirmation and during the call, rep told me about 3rd free line promo and I told her I am also porting and Byod for 4 lines so I will be getting $250 for each line, she told me, that's not true. I can only be getting one promo, 3rd free line or this BYOD promo.

I am hoping she is wrong but I wanted to check here if anyone has already submitted the promo for 4 lines without any issues.

Sorry, I was not clearer. I have three visible phone number I would like to keep. Is it possible to open 3 new lines using ebay's ATT port-in then somehow move the visible phone numbers to the new tmo lines?

I know it probably is not possible but I have seen some SD's come up with amazing things.

Just port in the Visible lines. Visible is owned by Verizon so it should port in and qualify.
