Do you know what Magenta (2 line) plan is? So in my 'account history', it shows 'new line added', with the note ' This line is on the Magenta (2 line) plan for $130.0 per month plus taxes and fees'. I am confused. I called 611 yesterday requesting to add new line over my Magenta plan, but why it's $130 plus tax?
I know this is weird but this is how T-Mobile billing works. You can think of the $130 is the plan cost that covers first two lines, then they add extra charges for lines after 2 lines....

I heard from here someone said that the 3rd line free expires today, is this correct?
I think T-Mobile has been running 3rd line free many months. (The add a free line for existing account created before 9/18 expires today)

Thanks, so if we create a new account, this free 3rd line promo still works?

It's been 121 days since I ported out of sprint; am I now a NEW customer in the eye's of tmo (btw, I can still log into sprint.com)?
If you can still log into your sprint account, most likely you'll have problems placing an online order on T-mo site. It'll tell you to log into your Sprint to complete your order, but the Sprint site knows nothing about this deal.

Are you asking as an existing or new customer? If you're new, setting up 4 lines on Magenta with 20% hookup code is going to be cheaper than 4 lines on Essentials since the latter does not include taxes. No idea how the math works out if you're already with Tmobile, sorry.

Other than obtaining the att sim, did you have any other hoops to jump thru like create a profile at att.com etc

Can you recommend a ebayer that has a record of quick turnarounds?
I bought 4 numbers from seller ignatto. He has a limited number of area codes, but that doesn't matter if you just use the numbers for the deal. Numbers were delivered within 15 minutes during the day, and are good for 21 days. You don't need to create any kind of AT&T profile/account.

Should I enter hookup code in promo code area when placing the order, right?

And, where to enter Txxx offer code?

Thank you!

Some tried calling Sprint Credit dept. As far as I know, they were told their accounts were closed, but T-mo still see them as existing Sprint customers. We call it the "Sprint curse".

T-mo's ordering system is very confusing. This is the Order Details email that was sent to me when the SIMs were shipped. The online account shows a total of 4 lines. At one point the order summary showed the monthly cost was $180 before a $20 autopay discount. Now it shows $140 after $20 autopay discount, taxes & fees included.
Check your first bill tomorrow or Saturday, it will be very clear. For me, my account is already showing a monthly bill of $112 for the 4 lines I transferred in last night. The system cleaned itself up very quickly. I was very surprised to see that this morning when I checked my account. I thought I had to wait until next week.

No, Hookup code is entered on a special website: insider.t-mobile.com. You also need at least one number that you will be porting in.
