If you get a phone call to verify the order, the agent may bump you to a 2nd Day Air shipping. That was my experience. Good luck.

Yes! My bill looks just like that (except I am still waiting for the 20% discount to be visible. So I guess this is not a mistake? Cool - should bring the total for four lines under 100, right?
Nice. When did you open the line? Did you have to tell the rep something?

A sales rep will call you, verify your info, read off a bunch of legal agreements, then your order will be approved, SIMs shipped, and you'll receive more email with order number and temp phone numbers.
I just called to enquire status, rep told everything is fine with the order (she didn't read any terms, just asked me Phone number & Address, nothing else) and you should get tracking details once the order is shipped.

Same happened to my order. Just one email without order number, you may missed calls this morning or lat night from Tmobile, What you need to do now is call the number on the email you received, they can find your info on the system, will push the order through, It's possible that your credit card didn't go through. This is with mine, the agent need another card to process it., then a little while later, someone from verification dept, called and tried a lot computer generated question , the order was released. Hope this helps, good luck.

Edit: NVM. And math is usually my good subject. LOL but maybe this helps others under 45 days. And i read that BB can open new S accounts in store so i may try that tomorrow for my wife. So many Sprint phones, so little time!laugh out loud
Thank you for the info. However I'm 83 days out since they said I ported from my Sprint account on July 4. So way past 45 days. The manager has yet to call me back. I do have to return the Tmobile hotspot I tried out for a month to a store, so maybe when I'm there, they can help. Not looking good though.

This past Wednesday (23rd). Did it all online, brand new account, selected 4 lines on Magenta, per usual. Never expected to get 2 lines for free, only 1 (given that the promo for a free line was going at the same time). Never spoke to the rep about this particular aspect; as she confirmed the order we only talked briefly about the $250 promo for each line I was opening. It sure looks like the discount (for 2 free lines) is being applied 'automatically.' Do note that the "Buy 4 Get 1 Free" deal appears to still be visible on the main "Plans" website, despite the fact that the free-line promo officially ended yesterday. So maybe because of the timing of the order, we were able to get 4 lines for the price of 2. I am just surprised no one else has been noticing this (maybe not a lot of folks who jumped on this deal were opening brand new accounts like myself and few others).

So you got two free lines out of the four lines, I only got 1 free line out of the four lines. Could you let me know how you did this? I intended to stay with them and use Tmobile as my daily phone service. Thanks.

Anyone found a cheap phone that works on Tmobile that can be bought locally? (Best Buy, Walmart Target, ect..)

Or do any of the MVNO service provider phones work on with Tmobile? I have 2 phones, but would like to find a 3rd since that line is free anyway.

Like I said in my post: I have no idea what happened and why I am getting 4 for the price of 2. Maybe it's just temporary 'glitch' that will resolve itself in a day or two. I will update you (and others) once the final bill is generated. My account has not been opened (formally at least) for more than 6 hours.

So to help us out, please say when you added all lines, at the same time or not, started account, online on the phone on chat or on social media, etc. so we can compare it to the other that said they did new account, 4 lines at once, ordered as regular online, and got 2 free lines in the end.

If you're asking me, here is a link to my post: https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=140665607&postcount=1525. One thing I forgot to add that it was a brand new account.
