That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

called tmo a few times, no one agreed to upgrade shipping, "cannot change order" is the response

Oh, well, I guess my situation was 'unique' in that they decided to call and verify that the order is genuine. It happened about 5 minutes after I submitted my order online. Was your transaction an upgrade / update to an existing order or a brand new one? It was the latter in my case, so maybe why?

Yes, I got both(a free line and rebate), $250 is rebate that is in process state currently, PS. Mine is Simple Choice plan, and this is my 2nd free line on us out of 10 lines... earlier one I got in last month.

Called T-Mobile to find out why I can't get to the redemption page and got told to wait 24 hours .
Is this normal? I am signed on in my account ,but every time it ask me to sign in at the redemption page ,which of course doesnt work .Also wanted to check if the 20% hook up code got applied .

I placed my order at 10-11 am yesterday. Tmobile called me twice at 4:07 and 4:08 pm ( I missed them both ). I called them back today and was told that they could not charge my card. I just gave them the new card and the transaction went thru. Then receive the email about service agreement along with order number.

It depends who you talk to...the rep I signed up with for the Military Magenta plan said I qualified for the 20% off and used one of his hookup codes. He actually put me on hold (this initially started via chat) while he checked to confirm if I would still qualify to get the additional 20% off. Not sure if he checked with a manager or another rep.

However, other reps have stated the already-discounted plans like Military/First Responder, etc. do not qualify for the additional 20%. I can't find anything in the terms of those plans or the hookup details that states these plans do not qualify so...

When did you place your order? When did you receive the email informing that your account is activated? When did you port in your lines?

I think you will get 2 lines free if your timing is right. As you can see the third line free is a continuous promo, while the add a free line (free line on us) is available from 9/18 to 9/24 for existing account....the code for these two free lines would be different....

got my first bill in 2 days after port-in and it shows $170 instead of $140. anyone else in the same boat? insider discount will kick in from next month?
