That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

The free line promos from the initial order on 9/17 showed up as soon as i logged into my account on 9/19. But for the second order on 9/20 I still don't see the "2020 Line On Us P13" promo even though sim card has shipped and line got added to the account. chatted and the rep said the credit is still being processed by the backend systems and that I should see it soon.
From the T-Mobile Line on Us promo thread, it seems the name is 2020 Line on Us or 2020 Line on Us 2 if you got free line from July promo as well. This is confusing to say the least.

I entered my code on Wednesday (23rd) using one of the AT&T numbers to be used for porting. After the code was entered and confirmation code given, I proceeded to place an order (brand new account) for the four lines on Magenta. Today (25th) is the first time I activated the SIMs, completed port, and logged into my account.
wow. looks like theres an issue with my hookup process. i signed up mid aug. 17th. submitted the code after becoming a new customer and finished porting in. not before. wanted everything set and working correctly first. its sept now. still nothing. so looks like i need to call. thank you for the input.

but i do see the 9/18 free line promo on my account already. and i was planning to stack my new lines and the free line promo with the 250 prepaid. ive been looking for some clarity. my new account is already past 30 days from the 17th and the free line promo may not stack with the 250. my hookup also not working. kinda a headache.

Anyone here actually planning on switching to tmobile and staying even after gift card is issued? Reason I ask is they have a trade-in deal: $500 off galaxy s20 fe when you trade in your device. Anyone know if this can stack with $250 BYOD deal?

Yes, indeed - super easy process but had to be repeated four times (for each of the four lines I have set up). Make sure you're logged into your Tmobile account before visiting https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ as it will ensure all your phone numbers are 'pre-populated' in the drop-down menu.

So far so good; the only 'unknown' thing right now is whether the 20% hookup code is working but I will be monitoring my account for that (status on the insider.tmobile.com says (Good news! We've received your submission).

Right now, the total charge for 4 lines is 120 with the following discounts being applied:

$10 AutoPay Discount
$20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
$10 AutoPay Discount (Additional Lines)
$20 2020 3rd Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)

This actually seems a little too low (was expecting 140) but will see what happens in a few days when the system has its chance to refresh.
I added the "supposedly" free line yesterday and the sim card was shipped. I see line being added to the acct. I don't see promotion for this line yet under applied discounts and promotions. I see my plan cost going up by $16 ( 20% of 20 =16). Is this normal and the promo info will get updated correctly later on? Thx

i tried this like an hour ago with the number that's already on my account. after clicking START and logging into my account, it took me to the page where it says "We Found Your Promotion" and asked to accept Terms to proceed to fill the form. I backed out at that step as I already have a pending request. not sure why it's different for you. you could try chatting with a rep and say you have trouble registering for insider.. they can submit a request with business team to get it added for you..
I just got a hookup code on Discord from Jman100. I registered it and it seemed to accept it, sent me a confirmation text to my phone. We'll see when/if the discount kicks in. I activated my account on 9/23. I've trying to view my bill today but T-mo seems to have problems with their site.

I got two phones on two separate accounts. I was hoping to activate one line and never activate the second line. I could then use the second Iphone as a BYOD and at the same time meet the 40 day unlock requirements. Is this possible?

Since you seem to be the experts on all things Sprint, here are a few general questions NOT related to the deal on this thread.

Assume a Sprint phone was purchased from Best Buy (BB) for a one-time payment conditional on picking a plan and you did pick a $65 plan. So, here are the questions

1. When you log on to your Best Buy (BB) account online does it indicate that the line is "activated" and does your Sprint account number appear on Best Buy online?

2. Does Best Buy (BB) send you an email, or letter indicating that they have activated a Sprint account for you?

3. How did you find out your Sprint account number? Is it online on BB's site? How does one know if BB opened a Sprint account or not?

4. Can Sprint bill if the line is not "activated"? Does Sprint billing period begin from the date it was ordered from Best Buy, or the day it shipped, or not until activation?

Thanks!!!

When you buy a promotion phone with Sprint Plan @ BB, you will find they will run credit check and create account for you. I forgot details, but BB only sell you the phone, they don't care afrer it shipped out.

What do you mean create an account for you? will they create a Best Buy or Sprint account? And are you billed from the date the Sprint account is opened or the day the phone is activate? What if you never activate the phone? Will you never be billed for the plan? Assuming you bought a Sprint phone with a one time payment but it was conditional on getting a plan while buying the phone.

So i am at t-mobile store, and he is solving my sprint account issue, he also offered me hookup code if i port 3 lines Smilie
So how did this end for you today? Did the Tmobile store figure everything out and you are good to go with 3 lines? Did they charge $20 extra per line for doing this in store? I'd probably gripe a little and try to get the $20/line removed as it was a Sprint issue. Who knows if they'd drop it though.

Let us know how it all finished up if you can. Several of us stuck in Sprint Land with old accounts that are holding up this deal.

Wow that's nice to get 2 lines for free. Did you talk to anyone on the phone after placing the order? I ordered on the same day, really hoping I would get 2 free lines too.

you can give this a try (same as Szyszka's suggestion)
1. go to this [reddit.com] reddit thread
2. scroll down a little bit and click on View Entire Discussion button to view all the posts
3. look for the posts from the user AnalyticalAries. he/she has been posting different types of codes every few hours. try with Type 1 codes for 20% off
4. if the codes from most recent posts doesn't work, scroll down further and find the posts from a few hours earlier and so on.. i was able to find 2 codes within 5 mins of searching

goodluck
thank you, will try now!

Yes, but after I bring my device over, activate it, can I proceed with the trade-in?
