Updated by Tuxedo1 on 11/2:
Transfer the rewards to bank account:
You need to delete the bank details from the card once you initiated the bank transfer. If you delete the bank details, you can use the same routing and ac number in other cards without any error message.
Rule -
1. Add bank details --> Initiate bank transfer --> Delete Bank details --> Redeem other cards.
2. Repeat #1.
You can make all transfer one by one at same day and no need to wait for credit.
Updated by Tuxedo1 on 9/20:
Sprint customer are not eligible to port in through online. It will require store visit but success from store is highly YMMV.
Costco $100 offer is not stackable with this offer. Thanks Grouchy16 for Costco confirmation.
Not only is it not stackable, I have more information:
ATTENTION:
I have some very very crucial information
The $250 dollar promotion, doesn't qualify at all if activated via any national retail. Costco, Best Buy, Walmart etc

https://promotions.t-mobile.com/?...00&irgwc=1
Hope this helps
After you received your SIM cards:
1. Called the Number Transfer Center (Porting dept) at 877-789-3106 to transfer in your numbers (replacing the temp numbers associated with the SIM cards). If you are put on hold for more than 10 minutes, hang up and move to step 2.
2. Pop one of the SIM cards in an unlocked phone. (You should be able to make calls and send/receive text messages with the temp. number linked to the SIM card).
3. Create a T-Mobile ID with the temp number in (2). (You would be verified with your e-mail address and also verification code sent to the temp. number).
4. Get onto FaceBook Messenger. Send a request to the T-Mobile team to transfer in my 4 AT&T numbers. You would be verified through a link to sign in with your T-Mobile ID created in (3).
5. Once verified, a T-Force team member would come on board and help you port in your numbers.
6. Log on to T-Mobile.com with your email address and password (the temp number used in step (3) would not be needed).
7. Confirm your 4 numbers are in your T-Mobile account!
Note: Folks have done visible (chat with t-force on Twitter/ FB messengers they will confirm your number as it will come up a vzw) .. keep record of that chat
Porting your numbers after receiving and cashing out the prepaid virtual cards.
There are several options:
1. Numberbarn [numberbarn.com] - $7 (port-in fee $5 + monthly charge $2)
2. H2O [h2owireless.com] - $1. See post hpham_53's post on how to avoid paying min $10 monthly plan. Now need to wait 5 days before porting out.
3. Tello [tello.com] - $5

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

Hpham is right, this rep made up own rule lol
9/17: Checked with FB T-Force and my 4 Visible numbers are eligible to this promo as they are shown as Verizon
9/18: Got a Hookup Type 1 code from reddit and registered it on insider.t-mobile.com with a Visible number which will be ported in.
9/25: Dropped by a store and the rep called one number. But the wait time is long and no one picked up the phone call after 50 minutes. Rep dropped the phone call and created a ticket for me.
Don't want to waste time to wait for the result on ticket and went to another store. The store rep had no idea why my closed Sprint account blocked me from creating a T-Mobile account. But he pulled my pending online application and called the activation team. The rep from activation team approved my application after getting my SSN, name, address. Then store rep created an account for me, added 4 lines, ported all 4 numbers and registered BYOD rewards. But the store manager didn't waive assist and SIM card fee. Also, there is a system issue and auto-pay could not be setup in the store.
Went back to home and setup auto-pay. Neither insider %20 discount nor auto-pay discount showed up in my account. But the cost showed as $130 with two free lines as following.
$25 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
$25 2020 3rd Line On Us 3 (Additional Lines)
9/26: Got a text message and insider discount got approved. Talked with online rep and she confirmed both auto-pay and insider discount got applied to my account. Also explained the reason for store visit and asked for credit about assist fee. The rep tried to issue credit to me, but the system blocked it. She asked me to get back after my first bill is out.
9/29: My first bill is out with auto-pay discount ($20), two free lines ($40) and insider discount ($24). The balance on the bill is $96.
Talked with online rep and got credits to cover all I paid to store (assist + SIM + tax).
It took some time to get all things done, but not very hard. If you want to get the deal, I recommend to drop by a local store tomorrow and get all work done.
