Did you get 3 free lines out of 4 lines? What is your monthly total?

Not Sprint, I'm talking about T-mobile. I became a Tmobile customer on the 17th last month 7:50pm, basically the last day of the deal. I walked to Costco Store and opened 3 lines, free activations and $300 cash back. Next day which was the 18th I went Tmobile Store and opened another Four lines, (BYOD) which qualifies the $250 promo per line (ended Four days ago) Two of the last four lines were free and that puts the total of my plan $160 on the Magenta plus or $130 on Magenta plan, and only $110 with the military discount.
dude. thats an insane stack. happy for you. your first 3 lines at costco makes sense. that should be part of the new customer buy 2 + 1 promo. but then you added 4 more lines on the same account/BAN? that gave you 2 more free lines? dude. thats crazy talk.

when new customers opened 4 lines after 9/18, they were hitting up the 2+1 promo and also the free line on us which shouldnt have stacked, but it did for some. not sure how you got 2 free lines after 9/18 as a current customer. thats awesome and thank you for your service.

Sounds like he got 3 free lines out of 7 lines. Three lines were opened on 9/17 at Costco, one of them was free. Four lines were opened on 9/18 at T-mo store, two of them were free.

pretty sure the $110 with the military discount is better and hookup cant be applied.

I ordered on 9/24 but cc transaction didn't go thru. Call to inquiry about order status and was told cc not gone thru. Replace with another card and bam order confirmation sent to email while till on phone with the rep. Got 2 free lines. 1st bill showed 130. Account show 96 ( may be that what it would be next billing )
Originally just did this for money but if it stays at $96/month I'll keep my plan😁

New line order submitted on 9/24 but SIM is still in transit :-(. I activated through eSIM and requested for refund for that SIM cost of $10 to T-M chat support. She processed the adjustment and it is credited on my account now.

If you are waiting for SIM to receive and you activated through eSIM, you can request for SIM refund.

Was it the free line that you added on 9/24? Or a paid line? Thx

Thanks. I added a free line on 9/24 and then SIM was in transit for 9 days. So i activated another SIM instead of the one that was shipped. Since then, auto pay discount has been messed up on that line or one of the lines. Wondering if that happened to you as well. I am calling them later this morning or early afternoon. This is my free line so I don't want them to mess anything up. thx
