That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

I had followed the steps outlined in the OP.
20% hookup code registered on the insider website: 9/24
T-mobile account created: 9/25
Sim received: 9/29
Porting done: 10/8
BYOD submission: 10/8

Question:
The promo says 9/15 - 10/1. What does the deadline 10/1 refer to?
Account creation?
Porting?
BYOD Rebate submission?

Also, Do I need to submit a rebate for each number separately? Should I give same address for all rebates or give different address for one number who doesn't live in the same household?
Thanks

I also got the same issue i received my sim card on 10/2, so i am definitely not able to get four lines activated and ported in time.
i opened a line on 9/27 and ported in on 10/2.
it's really confusing said on the main page of this deal
"You must complete port-in and register code within 30 days of activation;"

Anybody who can confirm if i can still get the rebates?

apparently first bill does not apply the 20% hook-up, I been waiting for it update the bill but no. Just called in today, 5mins wait 5 mins talk, nicely question the amount difference in the account and the bill and ask if they could possibly credit that, worked for me.

i really dont understand the confusion here. the promo is over. deadline was 10/01. this is super clear on the sprint promo page and the new updated tmo page.

i found this reply finally hoping it's helpful to us.

The SIMs are activated (with temp numbers) before shipping. What was the shipped date for your SIMs? If 10/1 or before, and you ported in within 30 days of that, your lines are eligible for the rebates. Don't forget to submit the rebate requests.

nice to see others having the same autopay issue and seems like an easy fix via call. i was hoping it would correct itself. when i did a double port, same thing happened to me, but auto resolved after 48HRS. but for me, i lost autopay and the 3rd line free discounts. made me think about various scenarios and how that would happen. im assuming the system somehow thinks the old number after a port is a cancellation. luckily for me, system auto fixed. but im glad you were able to call and get that resolved easily.
Here is the update. I had called on 10/6/20. Cust Rep said she applied the AutoPay on the line that was missing. No change after 5 days. Called yesterday. She removed autopay and then manually applied autopay to the account. After this, I have 3 lines without Autopay now. The two primary lines and the same line that was missing before. I called again later in the day yesterday. Rep and her supervisor couldn't make it work so she said she will open ticket. Haven't received any email or text about the ticket. What a mess.

How long does this take to get approved? I ported my numbers on Oct 1 and submitted the rebate on Oct 6 and it still says received. Also, are you supposed to submit the rebate for all four lines or only the main line? I have only done the main line.

6-8 weeks based on the promo terms; actual approval time could be less than that.
Need to submit the rebate for each line.

Very happy with T-Force.
My initial bill was showing $146 for 4 lines with insider and auto-pay discount.

CSR was very very helpful, I just mentioned I have a question on bill, she reviewed and said "line on us" discount usually appears in 1-2 billing cycles, but she adjusted . Now my new bill is $96
Less than 5 mins I was done. Now online its reflected

My 20% insider discount was approved on 9/26 but the 1st bill for $140 was already generated on 9/24 (not due until 10/15). I've chatted with two different reps but couldn't get them to adjust the bill to $112.

After the ticket was opened, the Autopay discount issue has been resolved. Looks all good now.

Update: Maybe it was the ticket or the start of new billing cycle that corrected the issue. New bill cycle started today. So can't say for sure if it was the ticket or the start of new bill cycle that fixed the issue.

Just a heads up. If at first Tforce gives you the line about it takes 1-2 cycle to apply discount. Just tell them oh, well that's very disappointing, that's the only reason i switched.. And they are likely to give you the credit.

I was able to get it adjusted by using the chat option on the mobile app.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I won't use a social networking site/app for anything.
