Just those phones are eligible for trade in? I have a V30 that I'd turn in for this promo on an existing SC plan.
Correct that's the full list that I was given. Also since this is no new lines involved any plan types qualify as long as you do not currently have another device on EIP on your line.

Is this better or worse than an s10e?

Well it's a nicer phone capability wise but it's bigger and heavier than the S10e. I have the S10e and it's as big a phone as I'm wanting to carry around.

I have the internal promo sheet that confirms it. It would also make no sense that you could add a line for a free one, or add a line AND trade in for just $500 off.

you don't get much back usually.

teh bestbuy & samsung deals for this phone offer nicer color options and not have to deal with monthly credits, but you pay about $550

Do people really think they will take a broken phone and have to spend money fixing it... and maybe even not being able to fix it? Why would anyone do that?

so you can theoretically get this phone for free as an existing customer? $200 off plus $500 off if you trade in a qualifying phone? Should i try to do this in person or online. The $200 off requires a special code correct? Can i bring that code in person to a tmobile store? Sorry so confused by all of this

Is the trade in still going to be $500 value if the device is cracked? Have an S8 that works fine (turns on, everything is functional) but the screen is cracked...
