Same here. I ordered for curbside last Friday. Didn't get usual AMEX offer email. Decided NOT to pickup as I'm planning to let it sit in store for a couple of days as no alcohol refunds in NJ.
Charge is now posted in AMEX as of this morning as a .com order but no AMEX offer email.
Ordered and picked up on Sat. The charged cleared today but it went from "total wine and more 112 web" to "total wine Newport Beach" so I'm worried the offer will not get triggered.
I chatted with Amex this afternoon and they said that it would post within 48-72 hours of the charge posting. They said that if it didn't show up, they would manually put through the offer. I guess I'll wait a few days and if it doesn't post I'll chat with them again regarding the credit. Mine also changed from Totalwine.com to the local Total Wine location.
Mine posted yesterday and the email just came through this AM that I redeemed the offer. Mine also defaulted to the Store Location but when I click on the transaction details it still does say Totalwine.com.
"Thanks for using your American Express® Card ending xxxxx to use your Totalwine.com offer. If your purchase meets the offer terms, you will have successfully redeemed the offer and you'll see a credit of $30.00 on your statement."

Received my email confirmation today as well. Ordered and picked up my order on Saturday. Definitely the longest I've ever had to wait for an Amex offer to trigger, but glad it went through. I suppose I should have had more faith. I've never had an Amex offer not work before....
Same. The amex charge has now posted, and is no longer "pending". I don't think I've ever had to wait this long to get an Amex offer confirmation, which is definitely giving me some concern. Hoping this eventually clears up. The charge on my account indicates that it is a web purchase, but it also shows the specific store where I did the curbside pickup: TOTAL WINE & MORE - 513 WEB. This was a store in Texas, so it should have been eligible. For those that have already received confirmation, does your charge indicate "totalwine.com" in some way?
The charge description is "TOTAL WINE & MORE 20 [city and state]".If I click into the description to view the MR points awarded, I see "TOTALWINE.COM 203"
I used the totalwine.com link from the AMEX offers page. Went to the gift card section and ordered a single $150 gift card to be sent to my home address. Paid with my AMEX. I was then given UPS tracking a few days later via email.
