I made my purchase for 160 for curbside pickup and picked it up today. It's pending as a charge on my Amex. I didn't have an email notification that I used my deal like I normally get. Maybe I have to wait until it posts for the notification that I took advantage of the offer?

I was wondering the same. I did the Doordash offer a few days ago and immediately got the "You used an offer" email. My TotalWine charge is still pending as well, even though I picked up yesterday. I'm assuming just timing issue.

TW doesn't sell spirits, just wine, beer, etc. in my state, but I wish this was a week ago as I placed a huge online order for spirits in KY for my friend to pick up for me. This would have been a nice discount.

Terms exclude physical gift cards (which take you to a different site, so it won't code the same as a regular purchase). There seems to be no e-gift card option.

Same. The amex charge has now posted, and is no longer "pending". I don't think I've ever had to wait this long to get an Amex offer confirmation, which is definitely giving me some concern. Hoping this eventually clears up. The charge on my account indicates that it is a web purchase, but it also shows the specific store where I did the curbside pickup: TOTAL WINE & MORE - 513 WEB. This was a store in Texas, so it should have been eligible. For those that have already received confirmation, does your charge indicate "totalwine.com" in some way?
