I got the standard email from AMEX saying that I used this offer 4 days later. I assume this means the credit will eventually be posted, it always works this way for me.

Thanks for all the follow up answers. When I go to purchase a gift card, it takes me to givex.com and the offer terms also exclude physical gift cards - I think is why everyone is so obsessively pestering you for confirmation. So, I'll hop on board.. you checked out thru Givex.com (the site you are taken to when searching for gift cards from totalwine.com)? Thank you and repped.

I ordered the gift card via https://www.totalwine.com/gift-cards and got the email from AMEX saying I'd used the offer almost immediately after the gift card confirmation email. The pending charge on my card is for "TOTAL WINE MORE WEB"

But when i click buy gift cards its taking me to usa1.givex.com, so you must have completed your purchase there and still transaction showed as total wine more web?

Also did u buy custom amount $150 or one $100 and a $50?

Once I was at https://www.totalwine.com/gift-cards I then clicked on Buy Gift Cards and checked out from there. I think there is only one way to buy a physical gift card that is sent to you.

Yep, it went through that URL. I purchased a single $150 gift card.

So I just got the email from AMEX Immediately after placing an order for pickup. Yet I didn't receive one for using the BP AMEX deal, which has posted and also changed to the local gas station instead of the BPMe app...strange

Same situation. I ordered (and picked up) on 10/03. Got the email stating that I had redeemed the offer on 10/06. When I checked in the app on 10/06, the total wine offer was listed down under the "redeemed offers" section, so I figured all was well. However, it is now 10/16, and the credit has not yet posted. Further, the total wine offer has now moved out of the "redeemed offers" section of the app, and back up into the "added to card" section of the app, as if I had never redeemed it. I'm going to give it another week or so before I call customer service.
